Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item.

If returning shoes, you must ship back in original mailer or additional packaging box. Bare Essentials will refuse shipments that are mailed in a taped up shoe box.

Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.

There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after the order has been placed
