- If returning shoes, you must ship back in original mailer or additional packaging box. Bare Essentials will refuse shipments that are mailed in a taped up shoe box.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- There is a 15% re-stocking fee for any orders that are cancelled after the order has been placed
